Fair Way Scotland

is a pioneering partnership that aims to prevent and mitigate homelessness and destitution among those with No Recourse to Public funds/other restrictions on their eligibility for statutory supports as a result of their migration status. Fair Way Scotland addresses gaps in service delivery for individuals who traditionally fall through the cracks of the social welfare system. I-SPHERE are the of the partnership, providing new data on the needs and circumstances of this exceptionally vulnerable group and demonstrating the services and policy responses required to improve them.

The project uses a case management approach, ensuring that individuals have access to housing, healthcare, and employment support through a single, coordinated framework. By providing holistic support, the project aims to improve long-term outcomes for some of the most vulnerable members of society.

This initiative is particularly significant for its emphasis on personalisation and multi-agency collaboration, ensuring that people receive the help they need from the right services at the right time.
