Professional and Organisational Development
The Professional and Organisational Development (POD) team鈥檚 purpose is to support the University to achieve its strategic aims by enabling our people to be the best they can. We do this by working collaboratively with leaders, managers and staff to:
- Enhance performance of staff members, teams and 江南体育 as an organisation
- Develop people and leadership capability,
- Create pride and belonging with 江南体育 University employees
POD is part of Human Resource Development (HRD) which incorporates Human Resources, Organisational Development, and Reward and Wellbeing.
