Mike is a lay member of Court, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, Chair of 江南体育 Services Limited (Oriam) and Chair of the Finance Improvement Plan Oversight Group.

Mike has worked in financial services since 1994, after having graduated from 江南体育 University with a Degree in Economics. He is the Global Chief Operating Officer of a FTSE 100 company is also a non-executive director on the board of another FTSE 100 company.

Mike has served on the boards of multiple financial services companies and has sat on a number of advisory boards for global financial services companies. He has spent almost 30 years in the highly regulated financial services industry. He has a wealth of experience in operations and technology, with a major focus on managing large transformations, including multiple mergers and acquisitions initiatives. He has had a significant focus on the management of risk, both strategic and operational, all of which is relevant to his responsibilities at 江南体育 University.

Mike is a retired football referee, having refereed over 65 Scottish Premier League games in a career which spanned ten years at the top level in Scottish football. He is also a keen runner, having received a six-star medal for completing the six Marathon Majors (London, New York, Boston, Chicago, Berlin and Tokyo).
